Our Credit Guide sets out who we are, the credit assistance we provide, our licensing details, how we are paid, and what to do if you have a complaint.
Credit assistance is provided by Xandii Home Loans Pty Ltd (ABN 35 699 885 802) as a credit representative of Connective Credit Services Pty Ltd (Australian Credit Licence 389328). We are required to give you this guide as soon as it becomes apparent that we are likely to provide credit assistance to you, which means helping you apply for a loan or suggesting you stay in your current one.

The guide includes the Privacy Disclosure Statement and Consent that a broker will ask you to sign if you proceed with an application. That statement covers credit reporting and is separate from our website Privacy Policy, which explains how this site handles your information.
